Ingredient

  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • handful of mint leaves
  • juice of 6 lemons
  • juice of 2 oranges

Directions

  1. On low, boil water and sugar to make a simple syrup
  2. Remove from heat and drop in mint leaves
  3. Once cool, strain mint from syrup and discard mint
  4. Mix juice of lemons and oranges in and leave in refrigerator
  5. To make into a drink, mix approximately 1/4 cup concentrate to a full glass of water or seltzer
